WHO WE ARE

The Company

GLUETON Srl was born from the many years of experience of the Tonelli group in the paper converting and wood sectors and from the expertise of expert technicians in the adhesives sector for the ‘industry.

The main uses of the adhesives produced by Glueton are in the wood and paper sector.

In the new headquarters in Cerasolo di Coriano, a modern plant was built with advanced equipment and technologies for the production of vinyl glues.

This type of glue is particularly appreciated in the furniture and woodworking industries.

Highly performing adhesives that do not contain formaldehyde-based resins and derivatives and which allow to obtain high quality results, suitable for gluing and coupling wood with laminates, melamines, honeycombs both with hot presses and with cold, for plating, ennobling, veneering, for working on doors, furniture and chairs.

Since 2014, the range of adhesives for the wood sector has been significantly expanded with Henkel vinyl and thermo-melting adhesives and Akzo Nobel urea glues.

In the paper sector, Glueton specializes in the production of adhesives for bookbinding, paper and packaging industries, box and tube factories. In particular, the adhesives intended for bookbinding are used for processes such as embedding (manual and mechanical) and paperback; these products are particularly suitable for gluing both milled and sewn volumes and for the production of blocks.

Glueton offers a wide range of adhesives, in water emulsion, for the screen printing sector with special and customized products. Our range of BLANKA adhesives, with permanent tack, removable, wettable and heat-sealable, are excellent for making window stickers, supports in PVC or other plastic materials, mouse pads, labels, displays and advertising gadgets.

The adhesives of the BLANKA range can be printed from 35 threads up to 120 threads and have excellent resistance to UV rays.

Some products comply with EN71/3, EN 71/9 and FDA 175 standards, do not contain perfluoreoctanesulphates (PFOS), perfluorooctane acids and heavy metals.
